We will analyze your machine and give you an estimate based on your statement and our observation. Working within the
estimate range we will repair and test your machine. If something should occur that drives the price of repair past the
estimate range, we will stop and notify you prior to repair. Repairing these machines for as long as we have we know what is
normal and what is not. We will happily share that information with you as there should be no surprises. Happily these
machines can usually be reliably repaired for a third the cost of a new one, around the $200 to $250 mark.

The fine print:
Shipping
We ship via UPS to customers in the United States. Shipping charges will be calculated and included on the invoice. TimeDok will (for a
nominal fee) send a factory shipping carton with a prepaid UPS shipping label.
International Customers TimeDok makes every effort to serve it's customers no matter where they are. We must insist that
international customers prepay for products and or services with the Mastercard, Visa option that we provide. Other arrangements may
be made prior to shipping the product such as Wired funds. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Payment
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, as well as checks. Unless longer terms are pre-approved, note that late charges will
be assessed on invoices that go past 30 days from the date shipped. Late charges will be levied at a rate of 2% per month on all past
due amounts.
Sales Tax
Dallas Texas sales tax will be added for any taxable item shipped to a Texas address. Sales tax will be automatically computed and added
to your invoice. Resellers will need to provide their reseller tax ID number when ordering.
Hardware Warranty
TimeDok Warrants all new products to be free from material defect for a period of 90 (ninety) days from the shipping date to the customer.
Abuse of the machine or customer attempted adjustments and or repairs will void all warranties.
All refurbished equipment comes with a 90 (ninety) day warranty. TimeDok tests all machines before they leave the shop, and warrants all
units to be free of defects for 90 (ninety) days from the date of sale. Serviced machines carry a one year warranty on replaced parts; 90
(ninety) days on labor.
The above warranties are limited to repair or replacement of the covered item at the discretion of manufacturers or TimeDok. No other
warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. TimeDok shall not be held responsible for any consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the product.
Warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or material that may impair the equipment's performance. No warranty is given to normal
wear items such as batteries, ribbons, cards, dot matrix printer pins and other normal wear items as determined by service facility.
No warranty is given for damages caused by external wiring indicating improper connection to power supply or line wiring, or for damages
caused by spikes, power surges, brown outs, lightning, static electricity, or radio waves. Surge protectors are highly recommended to
enhance and protect equipment performance following initial installation.
Software Warranty
Manufacturer: warrants all software media to be free of defect for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of shipping. Media found to be
defective must be returned and replacement media shall be provided at no additional charge except freight to customer. Prior to returning,
an RMA number should be obtained. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Fixes for software "bugs" may be made available to the customer, but only to the extent
provided by the manufacturer. Lost software "System Keys" are not replaceable without incurring full charge for the replacement of the
program.
Returning Goods
Within 30 (thirty) days of shipping date, unused/undamaged products may be returned in their original shipping cartons with receipt of an
RMA number from TimeDok and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Refund may be reduced if the items are not returned with
original contents and original shipping containers.
All returns after 30 days must be done directly with the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturer's warranties vary; please consult the
warranty information provided with the product.
Items found to be defective within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for replacement. To be eligible, items must be deemed defective by
TimeDok and or manufacturer’s technical support.
Due to the nature of Biometric products and various operating systems, please do not order these items if you are unfamiliar with
installation or their application.
Returned goods will not be accepted without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Items must be shipped insured/freight
